Exchanges and Returns

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases, however if you would like to return them, please follow the instructions below and return your parcel within 14 days of receiving your items.  

If the goods returned to us are not worn, marked or damaged and the packaging is original, undamaged and complete, we aim to refund our customers within 14 days of us receiving your items. However please be aware the amount may take up to an additional 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your card provider. If we find that the item has not been returned to us in as-new condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and the item will be returned to you.

All refunds will be credited as per the original customer's payment method (credit card or PayPal account). Gift vouchers are non-refundable so if you are returning items bought with a gift voucher, your refund will be issued in gift vouchers.

Unfortunately we currently are not able to offer free postage for returns. If you decide to exchange an item, we are happy to cover the cost of the delivery of the new item. When returning your items we would recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service and obtain a proof of posting receipt. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. Please ensure that you mark your items as a return on your shipping documents, failure to do so may mean your item is held up by customs and could be returned to you, this is particularly important for UK customers due to Brexit regulations.
